The one-stop shop for DIY brewers in the Fitger’s Brewery Complex is closing its doors Nov. 12.

“This has been an incredibly difficult decision to come to, but one that will allow us the opportunity to pursue other passions,” Duluth Homebrew Supply wrote on Facebook. “We greatly appreciate being considered one of the top homebrew stores in the area, and a part of the Craft Beer Capital of Minnesota.”

Katie Hagglund and her brother, Kelly Katoski, started the business in 2015. The shop is clearing its inventory of grains, hops, vessels and other zymurgical goods with a 50-percent-off sale for the remainder of its time open.

The 1,400-square-foot corner space is up for lease through Greg Follmer Commercial Real Estate; it is listed at $2,690 a month
