Duluth Schools: Free bagged breakfast/lunch available to Duluth children. Currently, bagged breakfast/lunch meals are distributed from school sites from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The district also added several bus hubs to free meal distribution sites beginning Sept. 23. Fruit of the Vine Food Shelf: Duluth Vineyard Church, 1553 W. Arrowhead Road, has partnered with Convoy of Hope to donate a full semitrailer of nonperishable food to anyone who needs it Oct. 3 from noon to 2 p.m. Donations will be distributed via drive-thru. No eligibility requirements.

Northwest Wisconsin Community Services Agency: The organization's food shelf is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9-11:30 a.m. Pre-made boxes are distributed in the parking lot behind the building at 118 Tower Ave., Superior.
Ruth House: Volunteers serve meals daily behind Ruth House, 632 Grand Ave., Superior, from a concession wagon. Meals are for carryout and are served from 5-5:45 p.m. every day.
Salvation Army: Curbside lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 215 S. 27th Ave. W., Duluth. The food shelf is open 1:30-4 p.m. Monday and Thursday at the same location.
Two Harbors Food Shelf: The food shelf hosts curbside food distribution Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the front entrance, 2124 10th St., Two Harbors. There are income guidelines; self-reporting only. Available to all families who reside or work in Lake County and northeastern St. Louis County.
Volunteer Services of Carlton County: The organization is offering groceries to go for people age 60 and older. Call 218-879-9238 to register. Participants place their orders over the phone and volunteers deliver the items to their doors. Volunteers wear protective gloves and do not have contact with participants.
The River Church food ministry: Hot meal and groceries available from 6-7 p.m. Mondays at The River Church, 1902 E. Fourth St., Duluth. Drive into the alley behind the church.
Union Gospel Mission hot meals: The organization is serving full, hot to-go meals curbside. Bagged lunch meals are available noon to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Hot dinner meals are available curbside 4:15-5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Union Gospel Mission, 219 E. First St., Duluth.
Free hand sanitizer refills: The Duluth Salvation Army is offering free liquid hand sanitizer refills from 1:30-4 p.m. Monday and Thursday and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, 215 S. 27th Ave. W. Bring your own container; 16-ounce maximum.
Free masks: The Duluth Transit Authority is providing 1,000 masks to the customers and the public while supplies last. A mask will be available to anyone who asks during staffed hours at the Downtown Duluth Transit Center, 228 West Michigan St.
Duluth Salvation Army: For transitional housing, rapid re-housing, rent and utility assistance and other emergency programs, call the Duluth Salvation Army to make an appointment at 218-722-7934.
Northwest Wisconsin Community Services Agency Inc.: The agency has funding available to assist households impacted by COVID-19 with past due rent, current rent and utilities. Lot rent assistance is available for homeowners. The agency also has hotel vouchers and rapid rehousing funds available for those experiencing homelessness. The funding covers residents of Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, Iron and Price counties, including the city of Superior. Those residing in subsidized housing are not eligible.
