Bryan Lindquist, a 2008 Esko High School graduate, won the Wausau Marathon on Saturday in Wausau, Wis. Lindquist covered the 26.2 miles in 2 hours, 39 minutes, 55 seconds, to beat Alex Gonzales by more than 4½ minutes. Lindquist resides in Rochester, Minn.
