20 under 40 nominations

The Duluth News Tribune launches its fifth 20 Under 40 awards to honor the work and contributions of people under age 40 that help to make this community great. We are seeking individuals who are successful in their chosen fields, who are role models in their careers or who have demonstrated leadership in their business or the community. If you know someone who deserves to be honored, submit his or her name for consideration.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, June 3, 2011.

Nominating guidelines: There is no cost or limit on nominations. Nominees must be between 21 and 39 years of age as of June 3. Nominations will be accepted for individuals who live or work in the greater Duluth-Superior area, our primary circulation area, which extends roughly from Two Harbors to Carlton and from Superior to Hermantown. Employees of the Duluth News Tribune and community papers are ineligible. If you have questions about whether individuals are eligible for nomination, please call (218) 723-5322. A panel of independent judges will determine the winners.
