Reader's view: Impeachment, imprisonment for Trump
I recently visited the Veterans Administration — the most helpful, inspiring institution I know of — for a medical checkup. Each visit requires what I call a cognitive test to confirm you know who you are, where you are, and why you're there.
The doctor entered and asked my name. I answered. He asked for my middle initial, and I gave it to him.
"The city you live in?"
"The street you live on?"
"Where are you now?"
"The VA clinic in Superior."
"Reason for being here?"
"Checking for possible shingles."
I responded with an expletive and, "Proceed with your exam."
It would seem this episode clearly indicates a need for the impeachment, if not the imprisonment, of the one now occupying the president's chair.
This is the opinion of a heartworn and caring Korean War veteran.
