Judge says Line 3 should go forward along old route



Ronald Goodman Nesje, 65, of Duluth passed away on Jan. 6, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer at the Solvay House surrounded by family and his angel nurses.

He was born on Oct. 19, 1951 to Goodman and Ellen Nesje in Duluth.

Ronald attended Denfeld High School. He worked at the Coca Cola bottling company and retired from Duluth International Airport.

Ronald will be greatly missed by his daughters, Lisa (Tony) and Sara (Thomas); son, Michael; and their mother, Vickie Nesje; grandchildren, Adrian, Andrew and Kaden; brothers, Roger and Randy (Christine); sister, Lu Ann (J); and several nieces and nephews.

There were fond memories as we all grew up in west Duluth. Some of us moved away but still have our childhood memory. Rest in peace and praying for the family. You all are in my heart.

Ron's fighting spirit was shown this fall. What I remember about Ron was his love for his children. They brought a smile out and a twinkle in his eye. He will missed. Thoughts and prayers to the Nesje family.
