UPDATE: Three injured in Duluth stabbing; suspect arrested
Three people were transported to local hospitals and one man was arrested after a stabbing incident in Duluth's Riverside neighborhood on Wednesday morning.
Duluth police said the injuries were not life-threatening, and classified the incident as a domestic assault case.
"The Duluth Police Department is continuing to investigate this case but there is no danger to the public related to this incident," the department reported Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, officers were called to the 10 block of Riverside Drive at about 10:15 a.m. on a report of a stabbing. They found the three adult victims who had suffered stab wounds, and arrested a 34-year-old man on preliminary charges of second-degree attempted murder, second-degree assault, and domestic assault.
