Tyler J. Hood, 24, Iron River, possession of hypodermic needles or syringes (offense date 11/29/13) and possession of drug paraphernalia (offense date 11/29/13), 90 days in local confinement per each count concurrent.

Malik D. Hubbard, 20, Duluth, careless driving, fined $1,000 and 90 days in local confinement, time stayed on two years of probation with conditions including Victim Impact Panel and if defendant pays $7,698 in full by Feb. 19, 2018, fine will be reduced by $500; underage consumption and failure to stop for accident to property, 90 days in local confinement, time stayed on two years of probation with same conditions as first count - per each count, all concurrent; operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content and driving while impaired, dismissed.

Nicole N. McDonough, 25, Superior, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, adjudication stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 30 days in local confinement and no use/possession of alcohol or drugs - per each count concurrent.

Brock A. McGarvey, 26, Duluth, assault, adjudication stayed on one year of probation with conditions including $50 fine, four days in local confinement and Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program; interfering with an emergency call and domestic assault, dismissed.

Raven L. Perrin, 26, Duluth, misdemeanor theft and second count of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, 30 days in local confinement - per each count concurrent; driving after revocation, two days in local confinement - concurrent; first count of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, dismissed.

Aaron T. Strom, 35, Hudson, Wis., driving while impaired, fined $2,000 and one year in local confinement, $1,000 and 363 days stayed on two years of probation with conditions including Driving with Care Program, Victim Impact Panel and 90 days electronic monitoring or similar program in Wisconsin; chemical test refusal, dismissed.

Glen L. Tiessen, 52, Cloquet, driving after revocation, fined $400.
