Skydive Superior gets new plane after losing two in crash

Skydive Superior announced Monday that it has a new plane. This, after November’s incident in which two of its planes collided in midair. Remarkably, nobody was seriously injured. Video of the incident made national headlines.

The skydive company said the new plane is more spacious than previous planes, and allows them to take more groups of divers up in the air.

The business will open for the season this weekend, offering skydive sessions on weekends through Memorial Day.

After May 26, it will open every day for the rest of the season.
