Janine A. Kohn, 57, Duluth, careless driving, fined $100.

Torey L. Larocque, 26, Aurora, driving after cancellation, fined $200.

Thomas H. Alexander, 43, Duluth, driving after cancellation - inimical danger to public safety, stay of adjudication for two years.

Michelle L. Alfini, 23, Duluth, inattentive driving, fined $40.

Shawn M. Anderson, 32, Duluth, driving after cancellation and driving after suspension, fined $200 per each count.

Gwendolyn K. Chambers, 48, Duluth, felony theft, stay of adjudication on two years of probation with conditions and $990 in restitution.

Kevin M. Roban, 35, St. Paul, sale of a narcotic, fined $50 and 54 months in prison; possession of ammo/any firearm - previous felony conviction, one year in local confinement - concurrent.

Bradley P. Saari, 59, Duluth, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Samuel K. Tellinghuisen, 31, Duluth, domestic assault, stay of adjudication on one year of probation with conditions, fined $50 and five days in local confinement.

Ieasha L. Young, 30, Duluth, domestic assault, stay of adjudication on one year of probation with conditions.
