Jake A. Stenstrom, 26, Duluth, possession of a controlled substance, one year local confinement, 360 days stayed on two years probation with conditions including cooperate with drug court and no same or similar offense.
Colin J. Manninen, 18, Cokato, Minn., possession/sale of small amount of marijuana, fiend $50; possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.
Jaime L. Nyquist, 32, Duluth, texting while driving, fined $50.
Justin M. Rosendahl, 30, Two Harbors, burglary in the first degree, 78 months in prison; second count of burglary in the first degree, 68 months in prison, concurrent; assault in the second degree, 33 months in prison, concurrent; burglary - assault person on property and obstructing legal process, dismissed.
Ethan J. Stevens Scott, 20, Eau Claire, Wis., possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, fined $50.
Jade D. Vanderlouw, 38, Duluth, possession of a controlled substance, one year local confinement, 280 days stayed on two years probation with conditions including no same or similar offense.
Evan M. Waytas, 18, Medina, Minn., alcohol consumption by a minor, fined $100.
