Monday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Humid, hazy and hot again

Winds off the lake Sunday certainly made for a cooler day. It's a good thing we had plenty of sunshine to offset any crankiness the cooler air may have had on some. Winds will switch to the south Monday and usher in more moisture and heat. By noon, the humidity will again climb, and some discomfort may creep in. A weak piece of energy bring scattered thunderstorms. The heaviest rain looks to stay on the Iron Range and along the Canadian border.
