Scott M. Niemi, 31, 2527 W. Second St., Duluth, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50; possession of any amount of a synthetic cannabinoid, dismissed.

Timothy A. Peters, 37, 207 S. 18th Ave. E., Duluth, violation of predatory offender registration requirements, dismissed.

Daniel J. Rustvold, 29, 701 N. 56th Ave. W., Duluth, driving after revocation, fined $200.
