Best Bets: Joss Whedon Sing Along at Zinema 2

vis one of two Joss Whedon pieces that will be featured during the Joss Whedon Sing Along on Monday at Zinema 2.

Well, this might just be the most deliciously geeky doubleheader in the history of Nathan Fillion: It’s the return of the Joss Whedon Sing Along. The event, which encourages “Buffy”-ware (The titular characters high-waisted ’90s pants, Spike-ian leathers or pointy Team Tara and Willow hats) will include a screening of the musical vampire slayer’s musical episode from Season 6 “Once More with Feeling.” Added bonus: “Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog,” starring post-Doogie, mid-Barney Neil Patrick Harris as a lovelorn vlogger intent on making a name for himself with a catastrophic gesture.

Both were directed by Whedon, a pop culture cult leader who makes clever shows with witty banter — that usually get canceled prematurely. (See also: “Dollhouse” and “Firefly.”)
