Local and Twin Cities-based writers will share the stage for another edition of Zenith City Tales, a live purging of poetry, prose, essays and more.

The local lineup includes chicken-rearing humorist Lucie Amudsen, essayist-slash-thespian Andy Bennett and a poet whose words land in the biggest of little magazines, Ryan Vine.

Erik Tschekunow, a published writing prof at Lake Superior College, will also read.

The Twin Cities-based writers include Stephanie Wilbur Ash, a senior editor at Mpls.St. Paul magazine who created the blog and e-newsletter JuiceBox; Sarah Askari, a former City Pages music editor who writes scripts, stories and songs and fronts Goth Mother; Geoff Herbach writes the Stupid Fast YA series. Jodzio is the author of the short story collection “If you Lived Here You’d Already Be Home” and is the winner of the Loft-McKnight Fellowship.
