How many times have you been in the middle of a hot and heavy canning session when you just didn’t know if you should add more dill or sugar?

Well, it’s obvious that Eh? doesn’t know much about canning, but that’s not a problem with the AnswerLine.

Deb Botzek-Linn, a food safety educator with the University of Minnesota Extension, says that even experienced food preservers can have questions.

The AnswerLine can be reached on weekdays by calling (800) 854-1678 from 9 a.m. to noon, and from 1-4 p.m.
