A Two Harbors man acquitted of charges that he sexually assaulted preteen girls on the school bus he drove is scheduled to be in St. Louis County District Court on Monday for a pretrial hearing for a potential new trial.
A St. Louis County jury had two strong opposing arguments to consider and spent nearly 11 hours deliberating Tuesday without being able to determine the fate of Jimmy James, the former school bus driver accused of sexually molesting five preteen girls on his bus.
