This summer, the Budgeteer acknowledged the 100th anniversary of the Duluth farmers market. These good farmers provided me with onions, garlic, cabbage, and beet tops long before my own garden yielded cukes and butternut. I know what care and effort it takes to bring this healthful abundance to market.
