Philip Harder can be forgiven if he remembers the first Low music video he shot with a shiver. “All I thought when I left Duluth was, ‘This is the biggest film disaster ever,’ ” he recalled of that 1994 shoot. “When I looked at it, it was even worse than I thought.”
Called Sound Unseen International Duluth (SUID), the June 2-6 festival is expected to attract thousands of attendees at film screenings, multimedia events, galas, receptions and live performances at clubs across the city.
