The body of the Proctor High School teacher missing since Wednesday was found Saturday afternoon on a remote St. Louis County road. Kyle Neumann's body was found with his vehicle, a 2006 GMC Sierra pickup. No foul play is suspected, according to Thomson Township Police Chief Tom Foldesi.
