Kate Lange had 18 kills, nine digs and eight blocks to lead No. 2 Minnesota Duluth to a 25-18, 25-22, 25-18 win over No. 7 Southwest Minnesota State in the semifinals of the NCAA Division II Central Region Volleyball Tournament tonight at Romano Gym.
