A request that the city vacate an alley on property owned by the Duluth Teachers Credit Union on the corner of Kenwood Avenue and Arrowhead Road was rejected by the City Council on a 7-2 vote, dealing another blow to the credit union’s desires to develop that property.
Though the debate continues over whether to put a Walgreens store at Arrowhead Road and Kenwood Avenue in Duluth, there’s one positive development that’s bound to grow out of the land, regardless of who ultimately buys it or what is built upon it.
There has been a good deal of misinformation circulated regarding a proposed project at the corner of Arrowhead Road and Kenwood Avenue in Duluth, and my company and I would like to do what we can to set the record straight.
