MINNEAPOLIS — A rhetorical tiff boiled over this week between Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., and Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn.

Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, replied Thursday that Bachmann was engaged in “psycho talk.”
