This summer, the Budgeteer acknowledged the 100th anniversary of the Duluth farmers market. These good farmers provided me with onions, garlic, cabbage, and beet tops long before my own garden yielded cukes and butternut. I know what care and effort it takes to bring this healthful abundance to market.
The Our View editorial on Oct. 16, “Duluth can vote ‘yes’ to avoid city government conflicts,” contained inaccuracies when it referenced a city councilor and a nonprofit that received money from the city.
