Minnesota Duluth defenseman Andy Welinski of Duluth and center Tony Cameranesi of Plymouth, Minn., were named to the 2013 All-Western Collegiate Hockey Association rookie team Thursday. It was the third time in program history that two Bulldogs made the all-rookie team in the same season.
