Reader’s view: Bible promotes circular reasoning on gays
A letter writer once claimed the Bible’s book of Exodus condemns working on the Sabbath as an offense punishable by death. He waits patiently for us to talk to Him. Let’s tell Him we want Him in our lives and country.

Reader’s view: Gay marriage doesn’t break the golden rule
Three letter writers opposing gay marriage in the April 13 issue of this newspaper referenced God and the Bible as marriage being between one man and one woman. (The letters were titled “God has no part in same-sex unions,” “The Bible does not endorse homosexual marriage,” and “Marriage established as one male, one female.”)April 24, 2013
