This is in response to the incomplete article of Nov. 14, “Walgreens eyes Kenwood again,” by News Tribune reporter Candace Renalls, and the very one-sided editorial on Nov. 15 (“Building Walgreens at Arrowhead and Kenwood is a problem why?”).
More cuts and higher taxes follow Duluth’s all-hail-the-lord-high mayor Don Ness and Queen Lisa Potswald, the city’s chief administrative officer. These two people seem to have taken over the city of Duluth with little if any opposition from the City Council.
