Sixty-one-year-old Timothy Robert Langguth, who is accused of driving drunk and hitting a parked Minnesota State Patrol trooper in August, was set to have an omnibus hearing, where he could have contested any evidence brought against him. Instead, attorneys asked for a date to hold a settlement conference.
