Q: Can you tell us the rules or laws about driving an electric wheelchair on the streets? Do they have to go with traffic? Do they have to have a flag on the chair so they can be seen? Is there a limit as to what hours and weather conditions they can be out on the street? Do the wheelchairs have to have a slow-moving vehicle sign on them?

Q: I was given a GPS and enjoy using it for travel purposes. It came with a base that I am suppose to attach by suction to my dashboard, however my dad tells me that in Minnesota it’s illegal to put such things on the dashboard.
