Our view: Newfound hope in an unlikely place
If the burned-out building’s litigious and controversial owner, our city’s much-loved mayor, and a knowledgeable and well-respected former development director can all be optimistic about restoring the once-opulent Pastoret Terrace to its original glory — or at least to a useable condition — then perhaps the rest of Duluth can finally be optimistic, too, about the building.
