Officials: Northland flood response moves from rescue to recovery

Updates on area highways affected by flooding
Midway Road between U.S. Highway 2 and I-35 was reopened Friday afternoon, but drivers were asked to take extra caution as portions of the shoulder are still missing and there are no guardrails. Midway Road will close again at 7 a.m. today a half-mile south of Industrial Road for an emergency culvert replacement. The road is expected to reopen at least one lane by noon.
