St. Paul woman who ran over, killed boyfriend gets 4 years in prison
Arlene Priscilla Garcia, 54, of St. Paul, was drunk Jan. 30 when she ran over her boyfriend with her car and drove off. Mark Urang bled to death. Garcia was sentenced Thursday to four years and three months in prison.
