Court OKs murder charge against Duluth teen
In an order released Thursday, the court ruled that probable cause exists to support an intentional second-degree murder charge against Enrique “Ricky” Robert Giner IV, 17. Giner is accused in a juvenile delinquency petition of stabbing and bludgeoning to death Bryan Alan Starnes, 27, in his Lincoln Park residence last month.
