Northeast Range STEM class wins Guthrie Theater challenge
Last fall, the Guthrie Theater challenged high school students to produce a three- to five-minute video about one of their upcoming spring shows, Shakespeare’s “The Twelfth Night.” In return, submitting schools would receive a complete set of Shakespeare’s works for their school library and the best videos would be shown during the show’s intermission. The Guthrie was so pleased with the production, they invited the class to view a matinee production of the show, and in addition to the works of Shakespeare, the class was presented with a new video camera to aid in further video projects. The class worked hard, learned a lot, and had a great time making the video.
