About 80 students enrolled in the Youth Repertory Theatre Company’s summer performances at the Playhouse have been working on both performing and the behind-the-scenes business of theater. The students are divided into three productions: Shakespeare’s “As You Like it,” “Rent,” the school edition and the musical “Little Women.” On alternating nights, the students are either on stage or work backstage assistance, tech, costuming and front of the house.
