Duluth man sentenced for distributing narcotics
A 35-year-old Duluth man was sentenced in a Minneapolis courtroom Tuesday to 15½ years in prison for distributing narcotics. United States District Judge David S. Doty sentenced Jeremy Dionne Norvell to 188 months in prison on one count of conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, oxymorphone, cocaine and marijuana.
