Three grown women can be seen dressing dolls and making miniature boxes of cookies, pizzas and other pretend foodstuffs in Duluth’s Skywalk. They’re not playing. It’s a business. Colleen “Coke” Sellon, Carol “Raddie” Timm and Mary Brutger opened their doll clothing and accessories store, called Dream Time, last month.
