Jesse David Edwards, 20, of Foxboro, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013 at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center, Duluth, due to a lifelong struggle with asthma and allergies.
He was born Sept. 29, 1992 in Duluth, son of Noel Edwards and Amy Buchanan.
Jesse currently worked for United Piping Incorporated, Duluth, as a pipefitter preapprentice.
Some of his interests included dirt bike racing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
He was adored by numerous people, especially his siblings – Kevin, Amber, Brent and Kamden.
Preceding him in death were his grandpas, Glenn Edwards, Bud Milberry and Gerald Sabyan; uncle Floyd Olson; and aunt Kelly Russell.
Survivors include his mother, Amy (Scott Borstad) Buchanan; father, Noel (Kara) Edwards; siblings (previously noted); step-dad, Scott Buchanan; grandparents, Carol Edwards, Mike (Chris) Sabyan, Karen Leitch, LaVonne Buchanan and LeRoy and Paula Kiminski; and aunts and uncles, Mike (Cathy) Edwards, Grant (Loredana) Russell, Kathy (Jarl) Hogseth, Jill (Tom) LaPointe, Jody (Tony) Chase, Nancy (Earl) Meyers, Sandy and Lea Edwards, Tom (Karin) Sabyan, Lisa (Steve) VanLaecken; and cousins, Michael, Molly, Noah, Brody (Natasha), Zachary, Samantha, Sarena, T.J., Faith, Hope and Grace.
VISITATION: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service, Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013 in First Evangelical Covenant Church, 3311 Hammond Avenue, Superior.
The family invites everyone to a luncheon, at the church, immediately following the service. Inurnment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior, at a later date.
Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior, is assisting the family with arrangements.
