She thoroughly enjoyed treasure hunting whether by buying or guarding the cart, especially with her daughter Maria. She took pride in her garden each year and enjoyed sharing of her harvest. She was an avid baker and was especially known for her personalized birthday cakes, caramel rolls, homemade donut holes and her famous Mexican wedding cakes. She had a great musical talent which included playing the piano and singing.
She enjoyed traveling with her sisters-in-law, Karen and Joan and most of all travelling with her only grandchild, Aubreanna on the many trips taken throughout the years but her heart was always with the family "Home 40" in Port Wing, Wis.
