Mary Ann Wehr, 82 of Cloquet, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 13, 2013 at home.
She was born Feb. 4, 1931 in Cloquet to John and Frances (Ciesinski) Zasoski.
Mary Ann was united in marriage to Donald L. Wehr on Aug. 20, 1949. She worked as a nurse's aide at Nopeming Nursing Home for many years and was a member of the Jehovah's Witness since 1973.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Pat Bunting and Loretta O'Kasik.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Donald; eight children, Dave (Chireen) Wehr, Debbie (Ginny) Wehr, Letty (Steve) Larson, Cindy (Tom) Whitebird, Gretchen Larsen, Jeff (Ronda) Wehr, Greg (Lynn) Wehr, and Gary (Wanda) Wehr; one brother, Gene (Marion) Zasoski; one sister, Martha (William) Mudek; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013 until the 11 a.m. funeral service in Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet, followed with a luncheon in the fellowship room. Interment service will be at New Calvary Cemetery following the luncheon. See the family online guest book at www.nelsonfuneralcare.net
