Wanda Rae Bonneville, 61, of Duluth, passed away Friday, May, 10, 2013, in her home.
Wanda was born Sept. 26, 1951, in Duluth, to Louis and Carmen Bonneville. She grew up in Automba Township and graduated from Cromwell High School in 1969. In 1970 she started working as a nurses' aide at St. Luke's hospital. In 1981 she went back to school and obtained her RN degree. She continued working at St. Luke's in the psych ward. Since 2002, Wanda was working as a staff development facilitator. In 2003 she received her master's degree in health services administration from the University of St. Francis. Wanda was a dedicated employee at St. Luke's hospital for 43 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Carmen; and her sister, Fran Hubert.
Wanda is survived by her brothers, Robbie (Eileen) Bonneville, of Cloquet, Richard (Kathleen) Bonneville of North Dakota, Wayne Bonneville of Hot Springs, Ark., Patrick Bonneville of Hot Springs, and Michael (Janice) Bonneville of Mapleton, Ill.; sisters Linda Grotheer of Oklahoma, Jackie (Leonard) Sheldon of Barnum, Jill (Chris Gambling) Bonneville of Barnum, and Winnie (Ron) Lynch of Rogers, Ark.; and many nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 10 until the 11 a.m. memorial service, Wednesday, May 15, in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St., Cloquet. A time of lunch and fellowship will follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Sandy Lake Cemetery in Blackhoof Township.
