Dorothy M. Gott, 82, Superior, died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Essentia Health St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth.
She was born on July 13, 1930 in Superior, Wis., to William and Elizabeth (Dewberry) Jantzen.
Dorothy was an Assistant Professor in the English Department at UWS.
Dorothy is survived by her husband George, Superior, Wis.; three daughters, Mary (Kenneth) Musselman, West Lafayette, Ind., Nancy (Steven) Andrews, Duluth, and Patricia (Timothy Ziegenhagen) Gott, Stevens Point, Wis.; one sister, Betty (Richard) Lidberg, Esko, Minn.; five grandchildren, Pamela (Christian) Colby, Lea (Josh) Loveless, Mary (Jason) Berg, , Katie and Michael Andrews, both of Duluth; four great-grandchildren, Kiarra and Cora Loveless, Henry Colby and Anna Berg.
VISITATION: 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 820 Belknap Street, Superior and continues until the 11 a.m. funeral service with Pastor William Mowchan officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
The Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior is assisting the family with arrangements.
