Louise P. Kleiner, 96, of Duluth, formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, went to be with her Lord Thursday, April 4, 2013, while at Aftenro Home.
She was born Feb. 4, 1917 in Omaha, Neb., to Nels A. and Elise Anderson.
Louise was very active in her church, Christ United Methodist, and was in the choir. Louise was a beautician in Geneva and Cleveland, Ohio, for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Kleiner and Howard Kleiner; a son, Larry Kleiner; brothers, Edward and Charles; sisters, Helen Wells and Millie Thompson.
Louise is survived by her son, Dick (Sandra) of Foxboro, Wis.; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Ray (Beverly) Anderson of Arizona, and sister, Eleanor (Dan) Breen of Florida; many nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Aftenro for their kind and generous care of Louise.
GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service Saturday, April 13, in Our Redeemer Free Lutheran Church, 2125 Missouri Ave., Superior. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Minnesota, 624-5200.
