Raymond Edward Doup, a Duluth native, died March 2, 2013 with his son at his side after a long struggle with cancer.
Raymond Edward Doup, a Duluth native, died March 2, 2013 with his son at his side after a long struggle with cancer.
He was born July 10, 1938.
An Army veteran and musician. He was a mechanic and auto painter and a car buff.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Axel Doup, and sister Carol Maki.
He is survived by his sister Judy Unruh; nieces Jessica Unruh, Diane Maki; nephew David Maki; children Susan Standish, Cindy West, Raymond Doup Jr., Rhonda Hart and their spouses; 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Now he rests in peace and his family remembers him with love."
