HELEN S. "DAISY" OMER

Helen S. "Daisy" Omer 86, of Duluth, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 at Essentia Health Medical Center in Duluth.

Helen Sylvia Omer was born May 31, 1926 in Kettle River, Minn., the daughter of Gust and Lempi (Baka) Konsti.

On May 4, 1946 Helen was joined in marriage to Arlo Omer in Cloquet, Minn. Helen was a homemaker most of her life. She enjoyed the flowers Arlo grew, traveling, playing the organ and reading. Daisy's pleasant smile and lovely personality will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Arlo and brother, Bernard Konsti Sr.

Helen is survived by sisters-in-law, Beverly Omar, Betty Konsti, and Beatrice Swenson and her nieces and nephews.

SERVICE: 11 a.m. Monday, March 11, in Bell Brothers Funeral Home, 601 N. 56th Avenue West.
