Marlyn D. Koski, 65, of Esko, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 27, 2013 at his home.

He was born on Sept, 23, 1947 in Munger, Minn., to Leo and Deloris (Ruhnke) Koski.

Marlyn retired from Potlatch in 2006.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Dewayne.

Marlyn is survived by his wife Peggy; children, Katina Koski, Tammy (Mike) Turnbull, Connie Lusk, Jodie (Jim) Shelton and Brett Stadin; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Harry (Jan) Thompson, Michael (Mary) Koski, Carolyn Goldenberg, Leo (Chris) Koski, Darryl (Chris) Koski, Kathy (George) Goodell and Lola Vavrica; many nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 in the Handevidt Funeral Home, 900 Washington Ave, Cloquet. The visitation will continue on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Funeral Service in St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 4 Elizabeth Ave, Esko. Mike, Mary and Koski family...Merl and I are so sorry to hear about your brother. I know how hard it is to lose a sibling, and my prayers and thoughts are with all of you. My God hold him in the palm of His hand.
