Phillip Michael Piper, 33, passed away Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 in Reno, Nev. due to complication of a life long struggle with diabetes. Memorial service. 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24 with a visitation at 10 a.m. at The River Church, 1901 East 4th Street, Duluth.
