Amber F (Loyland) Walker, 88, of Hibbing died Wednesday Dec. 19th 2012 in her home surrounded by her family after a valiant fight against pancreatic cancer.
Amber F (Loyland) Walker, 88, of Hibbing died Wednesday Dec. 19th 2012 in her home surrounded by her family after a valiant fight against pancreatic cancer.
Amber was preceded in death by her husbands Lonnie Buerger (World War II) and Patrick Walker; parents Tellof and Tone Loyland; brothers Olaf, Alvin and Alfred Loyland; sisters Theodora (Jesse) Anderson, Lillian (William) Banner, Clara (Otto) Hauger-Stolaas, Gladys (Pat) Clark; and, her daughters Catherine Buerger and Stephanie (Vogt) Walker and, grandson Spencer Corbett.
Amber is survived by her children Connie Buerger, Independence, Greg (Barb) Walker, Savage, Brian (Bonnie) Walker, Pengilly, Catherine (John) Baratto, Pengilly, Loretta Melbostad, Ellsworth, Wis., Jeffrey Walker, Hibbing, Jacqueline (Dana) Albrecht, Duluth, and Richard (Cindy) Walker, Hibbing; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at the Goodland Community Center with a brief program at 12 Noon. Lunch will be served.
