Dear Mr. and Mrs. Baker, I am so sorry to read of Cheryl's death, much too soon. She was a lovely girl, unforgettable, really, in my first class of students at Hermantown - so bright, kind, and cheerful. I even remember the first conference with you in the second grade. She was a special girl and, I imagine, brought you much joy in her short life. With a sad heart, Mrs. Kathy Hass
