My Dear Ryan, How do I even begin to express how much your leaving this physical world of ours will leave it an emptier place? You who gave love so generously, who spent the better part of your time finding the humor in life and sharing it with others. My Boy Rotten Roy, the little boy that would spend allowance to go for a walk and buy me flowers when you spent a night with me. The big brother Ford loved and needed even in your most troubled times, because even then you rose above your own problems and treated him so kindly. You, the one that took care of him and my home while I spent weeks as Grandma recovered from her last illness; Grandma was grateful to you to her dying day. You were the son I never had until Ford came along, the pseudo son of our choosing in you adult life, the only one that will ever call me “Ma”. I could write a book about the wonderful individual you were, about your generosity, about your ability to forgive trespasses even against those that would not forgive yours. You my other son were loved very, very much. I hope there is another level of existence where you know only peace and joy, a place where you are embraced lovingly by all that encounter you. You will be carried in my heart and shall live as long as I live in the stories I will share, the thoughts as I lay in my bed searching for sleep, in the kitchen as I prepare a meal. I have photos but they are not needed to see your expression filled face; it is imprinted on my mind as if you stand here in front of me. I will miss you as long as I am here to miss my loved ones and I know that you know you were one of the most cherished people in my life. I love you Dear, and I’ll be seeing you every day. Your Loving Ma (Aunt Jennifer
